This manifold was designed to supply a defined quantify of dosed lubricant, whether oil or grease in small, medium, and large scale machines, such as: machining tools in general, general machine centers, plastic or aluminum injectors, molding machines, bottle washers, conveyor transporters, cement conveyor transporters, special machines in general. Its main feature is to supply an assured quantity of lubricant to all lubrication points in the equipment. A DMJ progressive manifold is basically made up of an initial section (segment), an end segment, and at least three intermediate segments. An important detail is that none of these outputs can be closed, as that would cause the blocking of the manifold or even the blocking of the entire lubrication system. In case, you wish to block one output, a specialized technician must be consulted. The manifold can be supplied with a cycle indicator. And then this makes it easy to visually detect, if it is operating correctly or not. An electric cycle switch can be installed on this indicator for automatically monitoring any blockage. Performance indicators are also used a great deal for indicating if there is any point causing blockage in the system.
