This piston or pumping element can be purchased separately and assembled radially on MR pumps. It is robust and long lasting; it is activated by an eccentric wheel turning inside the respective pump. It is recommended for operating at high pressures in progressive lubrication systems. Two or more pistons can operate jointly adding to its flow, whenever the system requires added flow pressure. This element is equipped with an internal retention valve to avoid any return flow of the lubricant. It is necessary to be especially careful in the assembly process. As you must turn off the pump and carefully screw it on manually. When the limit washer touches the limit or body of the pump, then tighten it once again using an open-end wrench.
