The VPW progressive manifold was designed based on the latest technology in lubrication. This manifold is robust and dependable to ensure the correct supply of lubricant to each part of the machine. Its modular construction makes maintenance procedures faster as there is no need to remove the existing pipelines from the machine. The VPW manifold is made up of an assembly base joined by straps and the doser elements are assembled to that base. Its minimum setup must be at least 3 doser elements plus the initial segment and the end of the block. It can be supplied with a cycle indicator. There is a sensor installed in it for monitoring the operation of the block. This type of manifold is used a great deal for large fast presses, paper machines, and large scale machines in general.
