GFC Piston Electric Pump
Description
It is a robust pump inside a cast aluminum body supplying high flow and it is made to work with oil or grease. It is equipped with up to a 100 liter metallic storage tank. The GFC pump also operates at high pressures if necessary, reaching up to 350bar. It can be operated using progressive, double line, or mixed system manifolds. This pump is recommended for operating large scale machines, such as mining conveyor transporters, presses, cement mills, and others. Operation It is activated by a gear motor, the main axle controls two connecting rods, where the compression and discharge pistons are located, when these meet in their maximum and lowest positions, then their chambers will be supplied with lubricant ready for discharge, when they begin the rising movement, the compression piston obstructs the flow where previously the lubricant entered, and likewise, the discharge piston will pump the existing lubricant in its chamber to the outside of the pump (output), this cycle repeats until the pump is turned off.
